We work as a tight-knit team—including managers, staff, group leaders, and production workers—to build tight relationships with customers. Employees are treated fairly and expected to treat others the same. We are large enough to need employees with different skills—in engineering, manufacturing, QA, and shipping—and small enough to know and encourage each other to grow in our skills and in job satisfaction.
